John “JD” Diaz, born & raised in San Diego, moved to Las Vegas in 2006 to earn his degree in Marketing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His real estate journey began in 2015 after being hired as Marketing Manager for Shea Homes, #1 privately held builder across the US. JD ultimately wanted to learn the game of real estate, so he obtained his real estate license simultaneously. That’s where he fell in love with it all.
JD became a top agent within his first year of sales with Shea Homes. Entering general real estate in 2017, JD earned his spot as a “Top 1% Agent” within the first year. He owes his success to his extensive knowledge in both new development and general real estate. With his marketing background he ultimately knew what needed to be done to stand apart with high level marketing and branding.
